Tory obtained a B.S. in Cultural Geography from California State University of Long Beach, and a J.D. from Western State University. He has a wealth of experience handling civil litigation and trials in federal and state courts spanning a period of 30 years, including teaching as a Law Professor at Abraham Lincoln University of Law. Tory is tri-lingual, adept in emerging AI technology, active in community youth sports, thoughtful and persistent.
